Absolute worst experience. The customer service here is incredibly poor. There was only one staff member working, and his attitude was extremely rude. We made a mistake on our order, selecting pepperoni instead of chicken. As soon as we realized, we asked if he could change it and explicitly offered to pay the difference. He flat-out refused, aggressively telling us, "However you order it, I will make it that way, no modifications."
We had to call the manager just to get this simple issue resolved, which ended up wasting 30 minutes of our time. I visit a lot of restaurants and fast-food centers, and this is by far the worst treatment I’ve ever received. Management seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service so guests don't have to constantly escalate minor issues to store managers.
