  There is a guy named Jeff who works in there and he is the rudest person I've ever encountered at a fedex office to the point I will travel all the way to downtown silver spring office to avoid him. I am an african american man and I walk in and he says what you doing dropping off. Then a caucasian man walks in and he says goodmorning can I help you and does the same with an asian lady that walks in. I sent an email of my packing slip and when I asked him if he received it he said " Aint no email in there". Thank god there was another lady there who came and helped me and asked my name so she could find the email and help me out. This is the 3rd run in with him being rude and I'm not going back because I want to give him a piece of my mind but I take deep breaths and do my business and leave.

  It’s Sunday, hours are noon to 6:00 PM. I arrive at 2:15 to ship an item only to find the door locked and a sign reading the are closed until 2:45 PM for lunch. Guess they can’t do a six hour shift without food? If you close for lunch, post that in the door and your website.
