  Great experience with this FedEx location! I had three somewhat last-minute but very important projects - two of which ended up being more complicated than expected. Ashley was incredibly patient and helpful with my custom printing request and even helped track down a lost item. She went above and beyond and made the whole process much less stressful. I was also impressed by how kind and attentive both Ashley and Shawanda were, even while helping multiple customers at once. I’m sure a location right off the Metro sees a huge variety of people and requests every day, so their patience really stood out. Thank you to Ashley and the team for such great service.

  Does not print jobs on time. I just wasted an hour of my life waiting for a job I scheduled more than a day in advance. Most of the employees just pretend to work to avoid helping customers.

  The sheer laziness and dismissive attitude at this location made basic assistance feel like an imposition. When staff treat standard customer service with open reluctance and resentment, it only highlights why automated self-service machines are taking over—a kiosk will be far more efficient, reliable, and undeniably friendlier.

  Habib, with a background in graphic design, was exceptionally helpful and patient in assessing, resizing, printing, and reprinting numerous art prints for me until I got exactly what I wanted- despite coming in without a full fledged plan. I've had nothing but positive experiences each time I've come to this location, and doing an involved print job here was no exception.

  Aleta and Habib at this location are phenomenal. From the moment you enter this FedEx, they work together to make you feel welcome and cared for. They’ve helped me ship multiple items including international packages and passport photos. They work well as a team and are a great representation of the FedEx brand.
