  I had an amazing experience with Donna. She is a bright and shining light. We had struggled for weeks preparing our shipment and it was very confusing. We were 5 days from leaving, and she was a magician! Kind and caring. I would give 1,000 stars if possible. Well done Donna! DHL, Give her a big raise!!!

  Staff are genuinely helpful. I saved a lot of money with a simple shipment with their help. Wait time is a lot, so don’t come in a hurry.

  I just left this location after wasting 1.5 hrs of my morning waiting for them to open. I really needed to drop off a package today as I am traveling today and this is my closest location. I called the location, customer service, and even a regional number I found online and no one could help get to an answer as to why a location meant to open at 9AM was still closed at 10:30. Several other customers waited as well and eventually gave up after an hour but I stuck around for an hour and half and just gave up. Hopefully the owner sees this and investigates because this is completely unacceptable. I have included pictures of the signs on their door and online and have also added a time stamp of when I left and proof of my car at the location. Do better!
