    My husband and I bought an auto insurance policy from this company about six years ago! The policy kept renewing and every six months to a year, it would increase with no claims! No accidents took place either the whole time we had their insurance! The car was mostly in the garage as we did not drive that car much and moved to PA and we had other vehicles! My daughter also was on the policy as she drove it too sometimes, but no claims with her either! When she started working from home, she said that she hardly drives this car, and to only get liability! We were paying $245 a month! I spoke to them last November 2025 asking for only liability! They quoted me $80, but when it came to payments in December, they charged my account $107! I did ask about it and wanted to speak to the main person in the office and left several messages for her and emails! My calls were not returned and emails were not answered! By January 9th, I bought a different insurance for liability only and contacted them and sent all my paper work! The person who picked up said everything was ok and they would cancel the policy! I knew I had a small refund was coming around $24 as their premium deduction was on the 19th of every month, and my new policy was in effect from the 9th! I did not get a refund, but I was told it’s cancelled! On January 19th , I was charged $245 again through my bank account! Called the company back to ask why they would charge me full premium after I had only liability from the previous month and I have given them proof of my new insurance! Back again , I spent numerous hours trying to solve this with the company and the person in charge with no success! The person in charge never returned a single phone call nor answered any of my emails! It’s always she is not in the office and leave a message for her! By now it was very frustrating and I called customer service and I was directed to an overseas customer service Center and the person there said the policy was not cancelled! I called the local office again and same answers it was cancelled and my refund would go to my account! It never happened after a week! I had to call My Bank and dispute the charges! I called the central customer service here and it was a link I had to click and I got connected to a virtual agent who said the policy was still active and he would cancel it, After about half an hour of going back and forth , he said the policy was cancelled and he will see to that I get my refund back even though it was very small. In the mean time, he said I had a final amount to pay which was $99.41 which made no sense! He said he doesn’t know where it was originated from and will look into it. After five days, I still have no answer! Called customer service and I was routed to over seas and they could not solve it. Called the local office again as now I got a letter in the mail if I didn’t pay this amount, it will go to collections! I have had many instances from different companies and I have had better communication and better service with them and the person in charge of that office has not failed to provide service and refunded the last amount every time! I have spent at least frustrating six to seven hours all together trying to solve this problem with this company with no success! Adding to that they have been charging for my husband’s truck $51 every month for the last how many years I have no idea when he has other insurance here in PA where we live for seven years! They did say they can only go back up to six months and send the existing policy which I sent , expecting the $300 in refund and nothing so far! I have no faith and confidence in this company! No customer service, no appreciation for being a customer for so long and feel they all care about money over customer service! Will not recommend this company to any one!
