  "We can't help you", should be their motto. Registers are down means they can't scan a check engine light code. Sure. Expect to take another hour out of our work day to go elsewhere.

  Went in earlier this week and cannot believe the stench of weed from the store and horrible customer service asking prices on my alternator and the tall black guy with beard worst customer service and the rudest

  Went in today, encountered the new manager with the wig & headband who seems very irritable with the staff and the customers not a good fit for this location I go in on a regular basis and never have been treated with that type of customer service and attitude. In all the years I've been going to this location

  ,The customer service at this location was not good. I asked the associate for the price of a floor jack, and she told me she didn't know the price. She asked me to bring it to her so she could scan it. I explained that it was heavy and politely asked if she could check the price for me instead, but she ignored my request. I don't believe this is good customer service. I said, "Thank you," and left the store. I don’t know her name but it was happen to day/July 18 @8:00pm

  Walked into Advance auto parts yesterday and after walking around i have never seen this store be very unorganized and let go. I've been to this location many times before ive dealt with Steve the old General manager and he would not let this slide at all. whoever is the new General manager need to check his employees... smh
