  I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts today. Isabella provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She took the time to test my battery, explained the results clearly, and helped me determine that it needed to be replaced. She also walked me through the different battery options, warranties, and expected battery life so I could make an informed decision. What impressed me most was that the battery was installed for me at no extra charge, making the entire process quick and hassle-free. Isabella was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely return to Advance Auto Parts for future auto parts and service needs. Thank you, Isabella, for making this such a positive experience!   I had an online order for three items, and the representative, Michael, noticed that I had accidentally selected the wrong size wipers. He went out of his way to explain the issue and helped me exchange them for the correct size. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about my satisfaction rather than just making a sale. On top of that, he even helped install the new wipers for me. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized, which is why I wanted to leave this review.   Very happy with this location! No one likes to have a dead battery, but this location made it a breeze to deal with! After confirming they had the battery I wanted online and jumpstarting my vehicle to get it there - I arrived to find a very friendly and helpful associate, Diego, who helped me with the purchase AND completed the installation at no extra charge. The service was was expedient and thorough. And now I have a 4 year warranty! I also appreciate how easy their website is to use to find the right parts that fit your vehicle perfectly. I won't hesitate to return to this location for future needs!
