  I’ve been here twice and I never plan on going back and I don’t recommend anyone eat from here. The first time I came I ordered on DoorDash for pickup. I enter the store to complete the pickup and an unprofessional man refused to say my name correctly. When said I was there to pick up for Janay. He said janey. I said Janay. He said Jamie. I said Janay. He said Jane. I said Janay. Finally another customer said “her name is Janay she said it three times. I don’t know what’s so hard my aunt’s name is Janay. I was super annoyed to have to deal with an unnecessary micro aggression in a wing stop. Today I go to order the chicken tender meal. I say I want the tenders and I want a drink. I pay and he gives me the receipt and it says fries and veggies. I go back to the counter and no one assist me for 5 minutes. The man who took my order was the manager. Apparently there was some major stealing at this restaurant previously so only the manager can open the drawer. So the manager walked away and refused to comeback. Finally a gentleman from the back asked me if I needed help. I asked him can the meal come with two fries. The gentlemen was perplexed and asked his manager. The manager said the meal comes with fries and veggies. I’m like ok but online it says you can do double fries. Anyway the gentleman say he will just give me the fries. I’m so annoyed because why didn’t the manager ask me what sides I wanted? Then he acted like he didn’t know the meal came with the option for double fries. Once again today I was microagressed agian for no reason at all wing stop. I don’t recommend this location. Back to the stealing apparently it was so bad people ended up getting arrested. So maybe the fired the thieves and replaced them with people who poor customer service skills. Lastly while I was there another person called and complained that their order was wrong. I heard the manager asking if they wanted to comeback today or another day. Why is the service so poor?

  The food was AWFUL and our order was totally wrong and restaurant wouldn’t do nothing to make it better because we ordered from Uber Eats. Wings were under cooked and rubbery even though I ordered them well done. Zero ranch…that I paid for. Zero celery. I paid extra for all flats and got NO flats. Corn was caked in seasoning and completely inedible. We had great food when restaurant opened and last two orders were disgustingly!!! We will never ever go back.

  Food was fresh and pretty perfect but all the sauces were missing. Door dash was unhelpful as usual. How hard is it to confirm all items in the bag before sealing it? All dry rubbed wings with Cajun corn and no Ranch?

  There classic wings suck!!!! They do not toss them in sauce everrrr! Dry and gross
