Every time I walk into Wingstop, no matter the location I am greeted by almost every employee “welcome to wing stop!” Such a welcoming feeling. I am very huge on Customer Service. I will say not every Wingstop is the same minus the fact they do welcome you in. I want to give a huge shout out to the Wingstop in Severna Park, which I do frequent whether it be for myself or DoorDash. Last night I was there around 11 PM. Per usual, I was greeted by their staff. Chris was the one that took my order. He was very nice, respectful, and also helpful. I couldn’t figure out what sauce to choose for my wings and he went above and beyond to help me. It’s greatly appreciated coming from somebody who works in the Customer Service/hospitality industry. Thank you, Chris for your kind & welcoming customer service! Keep up the great work. Teamwork makes dreams work.

First time patronizing this place - used delivery for a 10 piece wing combo. Delivery was pretty quick, wings were hot, decent sized and the fries were warm. Over all pretty good experience. I would use them again. Two cons. Only one ketchup packet? Come on... needed at least 4 and I overheard the delivery guy talking shit to himself because he had to wait for me to come to the door. Plus, he kind of looked like he just crawled out of your dumpster to deliver my order.

It's rare for me to leave a negative review, but this location's management needs improvement ASAP. It's unacceptable to have a broken phone for over a month. I've called twice in the past month, I was on hold for over 15 minutes each time. The online ordering process doesn't allow you to order Old bay, however they have old bay wings. The music inside was blasting, making communication very difficult. Employees acknowledged similar complaints from other customers, yet no action was taken. My orders were consistently incorrect, and I was overcharged on this last order. When I raised concerns, the staff member became defensive and unapologetic. Despite enduring multiple issues, the management seemed clueless about resolving them. It's evident that this establishment lacks proper customer service and training. I'll be taking my business elsewhere (Glen Burnie) until significant improvements are made.

Chronically short staffed and the employees who are there always seem disinterested in actually working. I would spend my money literally anywhere else.
