  I have been an Allstate customer for 19 years and have multiple policies with them including home and auto. I recently worked with Mr. Schwab and I really appreciate how personable and helpful he is. He took the time to go over my renewals help me set up automatic payments for my auto policy and reviewed my coverage to make sure I had the best option for my needs. I especially appreciate that he explained the coverage options and deductibles so I could make informed decisions about my policies. As a working mom with elementary kids who are busy with sports having a company I can trust to help manage my auto and insurance takes a lot of stress off my plate. It allows me to focus on my family and other responsibilities without having to worry about whether my insurance needs are being handled. I was actually at work teaching when I received the call so couldn’t answer but I got a voice message and email. When I was able to call back I was able to speak to Mr. Schwab and he took the time to speak with me. After almost two decades with Allstate the personalized approach and experiences like this is why I will continue to be a loyal customer.

  Alex does an amazing job. We recently changed our business there because he was close to home. Now I wish I had made the change sooner. He knows his insurance products and makes great suggestions for you to consider, but he isn't pushy. He educates you on what Allstate offers and let's you decide what you need.
