  I’m leaving a review for Valery, She went above and beyond to help me find the right alternator, and she also recommended local mechanics who could install it. I initially thought she was the manager because of how knowledgeable and helpful she was. It was refreshing to receive such great customer service these days.

  The two members of the night shift were dishonest. At about 8:30 PM I a needed 40” brake line. I rode my motorcycle and got there at 8:51PM. (3) customers were before me. When my turn came the sales person rudely refused to get my brake line. I pointed and told him it’s there about paces behind you. He refused, said things, and walked away. The younger over weight salesman came to help me. He said to me and the other salesman, “It so late I have to go look up the numbers so I’ll know what to charge”. The other salesman said “That why I ain’t doing it!” At 9:11PM I left the store on a motorcycle with a 48” brake line in my hand. My online receipt says I paid for a 60” brake line. The prices are in bar code and attached to each brake line in the store. Beware, if they say they have to look up the numbers!
