  The associate, Simmy, was so very helpful and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered at this UPS location. He gave excellent customer service and always does every time I visit this UPS store location.

  Your store employees are fast, efficient, and accurate. It’s not the easiest to get parking at but I will continue to bring UPS business to you. For awhile, Amazon only allowed Staples to do returns. It was always a scary experience since you do not get in hand proof that you returned goods to them (only an email). I had a couple items that I did not get credit for because they didn’t secure the item with the label well enough. Amazon claimed to have never received the items.

  I had to send out a return today, and walked in to be greeted by two employees with smiles during what seemed to be a busy morning. I planted myself in line ready to be waiting for a while. To my surprise I made it to the front of the line way sooner than I had anticipated. Though extremely busy, Emily and her coworker (never got his name) were very helpful and made my transaction easy as can be! It turns out The UPS Store DOESNT have to be a dreadful chore.
