  Literally just leaving. I needed some help printing and shipping. I walked up to the counter where Stephanie was standing talking to another lady about her going viral or tik tok. She NEVER even acknowledged me. Mrs Georgette quickly approached me and asked me if she could help me. She helped me send my documents via email which was taking some time before asking if she could excuse herself to use the rest room. Of course no problem. You would then think Stephanie would help me NOPE. SHE KEPT RIGHT ON TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE IN HIGHSCHOOL. I finally said excuse can you check to see if my email came through. She said I will hear the computer ding. I said it already did ding!!!! It dinged before Mrs georgette went into the bathroom. She immediately because irritated. We to the computer asked if it was for Linette. Printed it and said here you go in a frustrated manner. I said I’m not done. I need to ship as well and there’s another email attached to that with documents for me to fill out. She rang me up and said georgette do you have it from here. She said of course but unfortunately couldn’t figure out how to get the printer working. So she had to ask her to help her again. She helped her then left the whole area and kept peaking for some reason I guess to see if I had left? Idk. Just totally unprofessional. If you see a customer stop your personal conversation!!!!!

  Penny Specifically at this location is an amazing employee. She went above and beyond and watched my delivery through the finish line that was never her issue to begin with. Fantastic job and experience!
