  How does something not get delivered to a school two days in a row? The school is open and every package but this one was delivered and returned to a storage facility. Two fed ex trucks stopped and unloaded both days, in the morning and the afternoon, but this package can't be delivered. Then, You can't talk to a person - only a computer that takes you in circles.

  I was just at the Salisbury Maryland location and I must say that the employees don't want to give a customer the time of day let alone HELP. I will never go again. Went down the road to The UPS store was greeted when I walked in from a friendly associate., and they were "CHEAPER".
