  I ordered through Uber Eats on July 31, @12:14AM. My order was $77. I received my order and was missing a 10 piece wing, and 3 fries! Couldn’t call the store! Message says there box is full l. Tried to call 3x today Aug 8th and message says the same! No answer! Uber gives me $24 back! WTH! I paid for food I should receive! Not split a partial meal with 5ppl who’s hungry!!! Very disappointed!!! And $24 don’t cover what it would have cost!!! DO THE MATH

  Do not do business with them, horrible service. They will not give you a refund, I’ve contacted corporate which is useless and still no help. I will never do business with Wingstop again.

  Horribly unprofessional. They didn't give Doordash my full order, and when I tried to call the store to check on it they kept hanging up. After several calls they straight up disconnected the phone. So now I'm frustrated having to drive all the way up there after spending money on a doordash order. I get in the store and explain the situation to the clerk, who has an attitude the entire time. I said "I tried calling about my order and you guys disconnected the line". I kid you not, he says "yeah what else is new. What do you want?" Are you serious? The manager was the only saving grace. He was super polite, professional and apologized several times for the mistake. I said I wanted a refund on my fries and he said he will take care of it no problem. I should have checked Google maps reviews before ordering from this wingstop. Impoverished, unprofessional and so rude for no reason at all.
