  I stopped in to the Rockville Pike Wingstop for the first time. I will definitely be going back! Great food great service. Joe the manager on duty was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I’ll will be back again real soon!

  The manager was literally blasting trap music throughout the restaurant, and it was so loud that everyone could hear the explicit lyrics. There were families with young children eating, which made it completely inappropriate. On top of that, the manager went outside for a vape break and came back inside to finish preparing our order without washing his hands. That was extremely unsanitary and honestly the most concerning part of the experience. I'm genuinely confused about how this is allowed or who's supervising this place. Between the inappropriate music and the poor hygiene, it was a very unprofessional experience. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve a clean and respectful environment.

  Great food , great customer service . My chicken was fried to perfection and the environment was very clean . 10/10 experience , big s/o to Janet she was amazing taking care of our order, her customer service was amazing also while making sure we got our food with no issues or delays. Thank you again Janet!
