  Compared with other UPS stores I have been in before, the customer service here is not as good. I did not feel being treated kindly and professionally . I would not say they were rude, but they seem impatient when you interact with them. They didn’t thank you for your business or say goodbye to you after you made payment and left the store.

  Lazy staff!! Just be prepared if you have a amazon return, they will be too lazy to simply scan the qr code and make you use the self kiosk! I mean how indolent can one person be?!

  Not friendly, bad Attitude, Specially Mrs. Patel needs to take some educational classes ( how to treat customers in the right and professional manners).

  I’ve always dropped off my packages at this UPS Store, but today I was disappointed. I forgot to put tape on my package, and they refused to give me even a small piece of tape. I don’t think refusing such a simple courtesy is good customer service. Very disappointing.
