  I went here to get a 2 page printout. The price for a black and white printout per page is $0.30 which is great but I was also charged a computer use charge of $2.50. I think that "computer use" fee is unnecessary as to print anything we have to send it to the UPS store email address and the way to access that email and trigger print can only happen through an onsite computer. Also, charging $2.50 for a 30 second use of such a "forced" computer use is annoying. Perhaps UPS would benefit with having a FedEx print like experience where there is no "computer use" involved. Still providing a 2-star review as the folks at the store were helpful but I'm heavily influenced by the inefficiency of the process and the unnecessary charge.

  Carrie provided exceptional customer service during my visit to UPS. Despite being the only employee working and managing a line of about eight customers, she remained calm, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to assist each customer with patience and a positive attitude, never making anyone feel rushed. Her service-driven approach, professionalism, and ability to stay composed under pressure were truly impressive. Carrie is a great example of outstanding customer service, and UPS is fortunate to have her. Thank you for making a busy experience a pleasant one!

  Very Rude customer service. They always seem to have an attitude, their machine is usually out of order so sometimes its hard to gauge when its working but the attendants expect you to be psychic and know the current state of their self help kiosk. The lady who works there, is usually very rude but she took it a step further today and did not have the decency to even hand me my receipt, she threw it on the counter, I suggest using another location.

  I had very good service when sending things from this UPS store recently. They went above & beyond in acting quickly to get the transaction completed & helping make sure my item was sent with the truck that was getting ready to leave momentarily. Rare to find that type of excellent customer service these days!
