  I have been coming to this UPS store for a while so the positive review is overdue! Lovely, well-informed, and helpful customer service. From notary services to passport photographs to regular mail to Amazon returns, this is an ‘everything’ store. Most recently I was helped by Shrutika who took passport photos. Overall a great experience!

  Most of the employees here are great and will go out of their way to help you with the exception of the white woman with dirty blonde hair. She is miserable every single time I’ve met her working and seems to get off on making those around her miserable too. Avoid this location if you can.

  Outstanding service at The UPS Store. The team was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to help me send a package overnight. They explained all my options clearly and made the entire process smooth and fast. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and efficiency—highly recommend this location.

  This business illegally bills tariffs to non-customers for packages they didn't deliver. Then threatens to send people to collections over illegal tariffs that the Supreme Court struck down. These are horrible people, and a horrible organization.
