  I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location because it defaulted to my previous pickup location. I called immediately after placing the order to explain the mistake and ask what my options were. Before I could even finish explaining the situation or ask how long a refund would take, the employee abruptly hung up on me. I understand that employees have to follow store policies and that orders can’t always be changed or canceled. That wasn’t my issue. My concern was the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Hanging up on a customer who is politely asking a question is unacceptable. Even if there was nothing that could be done, a simple explanation would have been appreciated. I hope this location provides better customer service in the future, because no customer should be treated this way for making an honest mistake.

  Everytime I come here I’m always greeted very well. All the employees are so nice and they make the sandwiches really fast. I really like this location !! Order from here often

  The lady at the counter just reminded me that last time my 4 yo daughter spilled a drink here so I should be careful this time. I spend money here every Friday but the ladies look stressed as soon as customers walk in. Clara was the lady who did not like my kids walking in. Absolutely horrendous experience and my kids felt so embarrased. We are never coming here again
