  The Derwood facility claimed they "attempted delivery" on a package that did not require a signature and should have simply been left out front or even better in the FedEx drop box out front. The property is under 24/7 continuous video surveillance, and no driver ever showed up. Customer support tried saying they will attempt again as if it's my fault yet no one needs to be here to recieve the package and no one ever actually came to the property. Dishonest and frustrating service. I paid extra money for an item to get here by a certain day and what I get is this place lying about they attempted to deliver a package.

  I know this woman who is accusing this poor man. This poor man arrived with the packages, determined to do his job. She started speaking to him very aggressively. I was there, and I will never say who I am, but I live in this building and I was able to witness everything this woman was saying to this man. She followed him, confused him, threatened him, and said many things to him both inside and outside the building. She kept saying, “Give me your manager’s number. Tell me your manager’s name and phone number.” I heard and saw everything that happened, and everything this woman is saying about this Hispanic man is not true. She is a cruel liar, and this is how she behaves inside the building because she works for the building. She was not the owner of the packages, and she is nobody to be acting this way. She is always bothering everyone, inside and outside the building, as if she were the owner. Do not believe her. Everything she is saying is a complete lie. She is doing this to this man, and now she has posted it on social media trying to get people to take action against him, when she is the one who caused the whole situation. That is why the man had to leave quickly. He left and took the packages with him.
