  Beware of this location and, if possible, avoid having packages redirected there. There appears to be a concerning pattern of packages being reported as "missing" or stolen from this specific location. I hope the individual(s) responsible are identified through a thorough investigation and held accountable for their actions.

  Trash. Never had this issue with UPS. I live on the 4th floor no elevator and this is the second time fedex left heavy packages on the first floor. I am a single women and the last thing they delivered was a couch the day after i got into a car accident and hurt my knee. Why is it my problem that you all either have frail people working this route or need to work something out with the complex.

  When to send a simple (2) page document to Hong Kong, something I have done dozens of times in the last couple of decades. Today the guy behind the counter ask me for a zip code, I told him there is no zip code for Hong Kong, he obviously doesn’t know what he is doing, than later he told me it will cost $500, that is absolutely ridiculous. I went to another Fed-Ex location and was able to send it for $78.10 without any issues. This guy is clueless in what he is doing, it amazes me this guy has a job. This guy is a complete joke.

  The absolute worst ... use any other shipper than this one. Zero customer support, zero online assistance, misinformation everywhere. A camel with a blind driver, suffering a seizure, will have more success delivering your package than this company... and this is all they do. Perplexing, absolutely perplexing. You have been warned!
