  Very pleased with FedEx's Print and Go service, and the options it provides, including being able to email files to print. I needed two docs printed. I attached them in the same email (look for print and go email address at FedEx). And within 3 mins (can take up to 5 based on instructions), received email confirmation and a code to enter on the multifunctional printer / copier at the FedEx Office store. Came into the store, found one of multiple machines available, and followed the prompts on the copier. The area had a surface right next to the machines where you can set your stuff down to sign, or staple. Staff's friendly too if you need help! But don't need to talk to a single soul if you don't want to, to take care of what you need.

  Top notch customer service, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I really feel confident in the employees at this location. I sent out a 2 day shipping envelope and found retail items to purchase which made me super happy. Extremely pleased with this FedEx office location. There was ongoing customer traffic while I was there. Definitely busy. I'm a former FedEx Ground Hagerstown HUB Package Handler employee that appreciates the business.

  This is the only FedEx location I will go to! Komiga & Kio are the best to work with, and always are so patient, helpful, and ease my mind when I have a hefty amount of international shipments to send. I truly appreciate these guys and this location so much.

  Scanner not working, nobody visible in the store, finally found somebody who was in the back talking on the phone and not interested at all in helping. It's a critical package and I'd like somebody to show that they actually respect that even just a little
