  The Google Maps pin too me to the wrong location in the middle of a parking lot. Really annoyed with that. I had to use Apple Maps to get me to the right location. Please fix it. Once I got to the location the pick up was easy.

  We ordered a poster here and asked if it would be done by the end of the day. They said yes, but didn’t disclose that they would be charging a rush fee. When we checked out and picked up the poster, they still didn’t disclose this. We only noticed the fee when we saw the receipt after leaving and the poster cost much more than we thought. Had we known there was a fee, we would not have “rushed” the print job. When we called about it (and after talking with five different people before finally getting the right person), the representative said that since we had picked it up, they were unwilling to refund the rush fee.
