ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. You can’t even scan and fax documents at this place. Like why even advertise a service that can’t be performed. Don’t waste your time and just avoid this place. It’s should shut down.

This fedex store is the best fedex store in the DMV..possibly America. Rarely a long line..staff always attentive/knowledgeable and helpful. Danny, the g.m. is one the best g.m.'s of any business i go to.
Today..William, lead consultant -went the extra mile & performed a miracle for me. I advise any fedex customer nearby to go to this location (never UPS) & request William if possible. William is a problem solver & will solve any of your shipping or packaging needs. If fedex is smart..they will promote William before a competitor discovers him.
William should be general manager & Danny ..the g.m. should be regional manager
Kudos..fedex rockville pike..kudos fedex for employing both william..Danny and the entire fedex team at this location.

Maria was amazing. Extremely patient and helped me with printing cards. Highly recommend her for any printing needs !
Tons of FREE parking, helpful staff, my go to for most of my business activities.
I drive 15 min to this location rather than go to silver spring which is a 5 min drive.

Every prior interaction I've had here has been good, but the one I had here recently was the worst I’ve experienced in a commercial setting, not only as a customer, even as a customer service person dealing with the public.
I waited while an employee stood nearby and didn’t look up from his phone until asked by a coworker. I asked for shipping and a return label. I didn't mind that he seemed new to the process, but for 10 minutes he responded to every question and request with condescension. He was clearly annoyed when I asked him to correct the address, which had been entered wrong. I offered to show it on my phone and he snapped that it wouldn't help because it was too long; I said we could shorten it and he complained that it should be a name, not a department. I asked to check the phone number and he rudely said we’d have to start over. On and on. It was so uncomfortable I considered leaving but had already paid for the box. I asked if the cost included the return shipping and he laughed and rolled his eyes and just ran my card.
Notably, around this time, the manager came up and his demeanor changed completely. When he sealed the box without a return label I asked why. He seemed confused and asked his manager what I meant. Turns out he had had no idea and the manager had to refund me and start over.
