  I was with this company over 40 years I met Dan when he was a nobody in a little office on 355 in Maryland, on June of 2025 I had to summit a claim , they came out discovered mold , water leaks , and toxins I. My home I understand that mold is not covered in my policy but did not understand why they took thousands of dollars worth of items from my apartment threw multiple items away and then denied the claim,, they threw away my belongings, did not replace a thing and for the last year I’ve been reaching out for information to no prevail I had to deal with dans wife whom has a nasty attitude and immediately tried to point out my wrong doing like I did something wrong filing a claim on my renters insurance, in 40 years this was the first time I needed their help and was let down in a way the entire contents of that home were lost and Danielle does not even have the common courtesy to return a phone call ,, I did not want to have to begin leaving bad reviews but I have been left no choice , I would think twice before using this office or Allstate in general for your insurance needs , and Danielle shame on you for now looking down on the people who built you the items pictured are all of the items that Allstate removed from my home and threw them away before a decision was made, and then when they denied the claim, my stuff was brought back that they removed from the apartment to professionally clean all the clothing and shoes and they replaced in those garbage bags outside of my front door. I have been reaching out to Allstate for information as this is now turned into a full scale lawsuit, and I can’t even get the decency of a phone call back @allstate #loss #review @highlight

  All state has been a great partner for me over the many years I have been their customer. I have had several claims that were complicated and each time the people at Daniel DiCocco's group have helped me through it. Recommend them to anyone in need of quality insurance coverage.

  no interactions with costumer, just plain rise in policy prices. sometimes a call to check on costumer needs or ask questions or give suggestions may establish best business relation huge competitive market out there.
