  Yo siempre tenía esta tienda por número uno! En mayo hizo una compra de audífonos y reloj. Lamentablemente no me sirvieron los audífonos los retorne en la tienda, me dieron otros! Lógicamente!Yo supuestamente estaba pagando 2 cosas/ mi sorpresa que son 4 ahora me están poniendo 2 audífonos y solo tengo uno y el Reloj tengan cuidado aquí en esta tienda? Cuando compren aquí!

  I have traveled out of my way to visit the Rockville Cricket store. The service is the best I’ve experienced. The manager Wilber is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure sales pitch. I’ll be returning.

  I would like to sincerely recognize Wilbur at the Cricket store for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help me successfully port my number from Boost Mobile, a process that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. We worked through this for nearly five days, and throughout the entire experience, Wilbur remained patient, persistent, and fully committed to resolving the issue. He even went as far as allowing me to leave my phone with him while he personally contacted customer service multiple times to obtain the necessary code and ensure everything was properly handled. His dedication and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference. I had been trying to complete this port since Sunday, and by Friday, thanks to Wilbur’s determination, everything was finally resolved. Wilbur exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. If more businesses had employees with his level of professionalism, care, and commitment, they would undoubtedly thrive.
