  I keep getting inconsistent answers about the cost of taping up a box at this location. Sometimes it's free, sometimes it costs money. I never have this problem at their Greenbelt location. Why should taping up a box cost money to begin with? It matters a lot, because as an eBay seller, an unexpected surcharge can easily destroy my profits. And this was after I drove over from the North College Park location, which is closed for no obvious reason. Please fix this.

  Horrible service. Just went to FedEx today to drop off a package for delivery and the customer service was terrible. Anthony was rude and was definitely acting like he was being bothered, as if he’s not getting paid to do his job, I understand we all have bad days but this is the second time I’ve been here where he’s been rude. The way he talks to customers is an absolute no no as I also work in customer service. He has no type of customer service skills. Will not return. The other lady at the counter was very nice though.
