  Great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Fast service, professional employees, and a well-organized store. Highly recommended!

  Huge thanks to Phoenix at Advance Auto Parts for helping us with our battery replacement. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was done properly and made a stressful situation much easier for us. Excellent customer service and a great attitude — truly appreciate all the help!

  Horrible place won’t ever come back they I came for a product and cashier named Carlos put my order in and it was supposed to come next day, when I came back they said they don’t have my order and that they can’t get it anymore so they will give me my money back, I agree and the didn’t give me my full money back. Why even make me an order if it was not possible to get it shipped ? I just came and lost money because I don’t have time to argue for my full refund but will never come back to this place don’t ever order stuff from here, manager was here too but didn’t come out to help me, I don’t care about my money lost but just letting you guys know the incompetence of this store and my experience I needed the product for Sunday and I order it since Thursday I lost a big client because of their incompetence will never come back and tell anyone I see to not approach this place so frustrating

  Amazing store! Great staff, they can source parts for nearby mechanics. Based on inventory, I havent had any issues finding what I needed. Do a little homework, and check if nearby mechanics can source from them. Worked with Rich on 3x DIY repairs, and he was well informed. Use the Mobile App, and try to use the coupons that pop up based on spending

  Me mandaron de una tienda a otra maneje lo mas rápido para agarrar mis partes era una emergencia llegue 5 minutos antes de la hora de cierre y ya estaba cerrado y ellos sabían que yo venía por que de la otra tienda les llamaron y dijeron que yo venía simpre compro mis partes en esta tienda asta hoy me párese que es una ofenza y falta de respeto a los clientes
