  If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely non existent. “Manager” Malachi Knight is extremely rude. I went to return a can of auto a/c refrigerant that i didn’t use. Because the can didn’t “feel” the same weight to him as the cans on the shelf, he refused my return. The blue activation tab was still attached to the can. I asked him for the corporate number and his name. I called corporate and the representative handled the situation. She said i could go back and talk to a female general manager and get a store credit. But because they were also so nasty even to the corporate representative over the phone, the rep told me to not even go back to that store and if possible to go to the store i made the original purchase. I went to the original store and it was a seamless return process.

  I was given a used and faulty gas cap that i eventually had to get replaced because it was causing a leak and made my check engine light come on. I realized I was given a faulty/used part when I went to a different auto store and they offered me the same exact gas cap that came with what seemed like extra parts like a teether attached. It was actually brand new and unused, unlike the one I was given from here. Horrible.
