  I recently had an experience at the UPS store that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the service I received was quite disappointing. The lady at the counter was not only rude but also made comments that felt racially insensitive and dismissive, particularly towards African Americans and Jews. Customer service is essential, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope they can address this issue for future patrons.

  literally saw a man throw the package in to a bin i thought i Heard something break also When I tried returning an item they started saying the system was down three days in a row Very unprofessional

  I would take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Potomac has become full of rude and 'entitled' people. I use this store for shipping packages a lot and have always found the staff (owners) friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to provide shipping options.
