- GGGerriApr 27, 20265.0I would take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Potomac has become full of rude and 'entitled' people. I use this store for shipping packages a lot and have always found the staff (owners) friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to provide shipping options.

- AKAleko KontosApr 9, 20261.0Completely inept service. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful service. When I entered the store, he had his back turned, earbuds in, and was twiddling his thumbs. The manager is in serious need of remedial training. Just with a quick peek at his responses to the reviews here demonstrate his lack of understanding and ability to function professionally.
- MMMahesh MohnaniMar 30, 20261.0This store is operating a scam. 3$ for a color printout of a bad quality and charged double for notary for front and back document printed on same page. UPS need to look into this. I hope they are reading the other reviews too.
- IIIsabellaMar 9, 20262.0I walked in yesterday to get ONE shipping box, not even for shipping use. just to use to prop something up as I've been injured the last month. They charged me $30. I'm not one to ever complain but that is just CRIMINAL. I have had other bad experiences with them andI will be going to the Westlake Drive location from now on.
