  Terrible unfriendly people and even worse service. I came in with two packages with the boxes all ready to go. At the counter the gentlemen said:”It still needs to be taped!” Every other UPS store we previously lived, always just wrapped it with a smile. Then I said:”well the tape it there, can I borrow it for a second?” He said:”No, that’s my tape, you can buy one yourself, or I can charge you $2,- per box”. So rude and unfriendly.

  You know- I’m all about supporting locally owned and operated businesses…and it pains me to have to write a not so positive review, but I’ve had it with this particular UPS. It’s literally 5 mins away from where I live…and I swore the last time I used them would be the last time…but today I was passing by and why not??! Might as well pop in and get the job done, drop a simple parcel off with a prepaid label. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOUR MET WITH A LEVEL OF ARROGANCE AND QUITE FRANKLY TWO VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF. They messed up my husband’s notary, they gave incorrect and misleading information regarding postal times for tax returns. And today, again, unhelpful. Learnt my lesson. I’ll driver further out to not go somewhere so close.

  Service is not so good, they didn’t understand some forms, and they nickel and dime for every little thing.

  I recently had an experience at the UPS store that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the service I received was quite disappointing. The lady at the counter was not only rude but also made comments that felt racially insensitive and dismissive, particularly towards African Americans and Jews. Customer service is essential, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope they can address this issue for future patrons.

  literally saw a man throw the package in to a bin i thought i Heard something break also When I tried returning an item they started saying the system was down three days in a row Very unprofessional
