  Don’t use their notary services! Very careless. Totally messed up my original document and now I have to navigate the entire immigration court to order a replacement. No apologies. Just “it will be alright”. Very frustrated now that I have to replace this decade old original document!

  Anita is a very friendly person and her staffs are polite and customer friendly. Even though I only have a few packages to deliver each month, I always choose to go to her store because of her warm hospitality and excellent customer service. Her friendly attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience!

  This store is very welcoming and customer-friendly. They address any issues promptly, and the owner, Anita, is always friendly and helpful. Even though the store is far from my home, I genuinely enjoy going there and always prefer to do my deliveries through her store. Great customer service and a wonderful experience every time!

  I took 2 packages here to ship overnight. Somehow only one got shipped correctly. Not sure how they messed up the second one but it didn't get shipped correctly. I tried to call the store to ask about it and got a lady on the phone that I could hardly understand her and I couldn't get any answers. So now I have 1 package on schedule and they other is on limbo and I have no idea. It was really important that both these packages got shipped correctly and this store failed.
