  I have only used this UPS store to have papers notarized. The young man that waited on me was very polite. The only issue I have is that they only wanted a cash payment for the notary . I generally do not carry cash anymore. I use my debit or credit cards for purchases. I gave a rating of 4 stars for the inconvience.

  The guys that worked there were actively talking about how much they hate working there the whole time I was completing my transaction. Also the return option I selected said to just bring in the item and show my barcode. I was told I needed to purchase a bag for $4.99 to send it back.

  I came into the UPS store in Pikesville to drop off a return package this past Thursday the employee there printed out my return label and placed it on my package and said I was good to go well when I got home Friday evening that same package that was supposed to go to California was at my door step instead of the employee covering up the original label he put it on the opposite side of the package which was why I received it back the very next day I tried calling the store no answer and they were still open the phone continuously rang and they don’t clear their voicemail for you to leave a message I called for 15 minutes still no luck now I’m pissed off so I called customer service I explained the situation and they said they would have a driver come pick it up Saturday morning at 9am well at 11am my package is still in my possession so I called the store someone answered I explained the situation and requested one of them come pick it up being it was their error I was told they couldn’t do it I could wait for the driver or drop it off I called back customer service was told a driver would pick it up around 130pm it’s 455pm and I still have this damn package take heed from my situation go elsewhere
