  Worse customer service: waiting on people who came in behind me and when I questioned the employee why did he take the customer before me the customer yelled out because I spend a lot of money here. I found that to be rude, very unprofessional and absolutely nothing to do with waiting your turn. Also, told the employee and the customer that money has nothing to do with waiting their turn. The employee never said a word no apology no nothing. I wish I remembered the employee’s name so I could let you know the kind of people working for you. You need to train your employees to practice GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MATTER WHO IT IS. This took place Wednesday June 17 @ approximately 11:30A/12P…maybe you know who was working at that time.

  A would give a zero. Rude employee never looks up from his phone and mumbles. $5 to make a copy and if I had not had a box in my car and scissors and tape it would have been $15 more. Disgusting dirty store as well. Go to the one on York Rd where they like customers.

  Customer service was horrible. To charge customers 5.00 to use the store tape on a little box was insane. Definitely won’t use this store again.

  I hate the UPS Store due to their lackluster customer service and expensive pricing. The cost to print a lable is actually $5, really! Not at staples. Go to Staples! They only charge $.34 to print the label and off you go.
