  Jaimini was so helpful today! I went in to send a UPS package but also had a FedEx item I needed to send that was not yet packaged. I asked if they send them (I knew it was a no, but decided I’d ask anyway), instead of just saying “no”, she replied, No “I can package it for you though, if you’d like!” That was what I needed to hear because that was the last thing I felt like doing. I always love this UPS store & so glad it’s my local one. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and efficient.

  Julio was great help today when I needed some documents printed and scanned. I’ve also used the Amazon return kiosk many times seamlessly. Definitely an asset to the community.

  Since the UPS Store at Lakeshore Plaza came under new ownership, Pasadena finally has a reliable print shop again! I worked closely with Chris, who I believe manages the shop, on a large number of projects in a very short period of time, and he was incredibly patient, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The volume of materials we needed was significant, but every single piece was executed beautifully and with care. From invitations to programs to large foam core posters, the final results were absolutely perfect. The work is consistent, timely, and quality. You can tell real attention is given to every project that comes through the door. Highly recommend the UPS Store at Lakeshore Plaza for anyone looking for high-quality printing and genuinely great customer service.
