  I came to the UPS Store in Pasadena with a thumb drive containing a creation of a poster for my son's pre-wedding party. Had no idea how to get this done. Chris helped me select what I wanted and within 15 minutes had completed a absolutely lovely poster. Wrapped it for me and sent me happily on my way. Thanks Chris!!!!

  For doing returns you cannot insist on using a human anymore it seems you have to use the machine/kiosk. I literally had a human tell me that they had to use the machine for the numbers or they get in trouble from up top meaning that meeting they are actively trying to get people to use kiosks which will eventually take away everybody's jobs we're just letting this happen! He checked me out using it so the number showed people are using it the whole point of me not using it is because I don't want this kind of thing taking over people's job. And it's not my job. They are having the people do the work so they don't have to pay other people. If we keep letting this happen the economy in society will fall apart. I'll be going to a different location for returns in the future, first trying non ups and if not an option going to the ups store down the street without the self kiosk. If we don't fight against this it will turn into grocery stores where it's all self-checkout and there is always an isse and there's like two employees working. There use to be many more gorcey jobs. But for this hope your package or returns makes it. I'm skeptical mine will after this review and asking to not use the kiosk. The guy was pushy, still nice considering but pushy! They're coming for all of our jobs that is what this technology is doing and we just sit by and it let them do, this store is going to see when they lay people off because of these kiosks I give it a year! By not embracing the kiosks it hurts the numbers and then it will show these big companies that we're not going to use this we need to defy these things this location did not let me do that in the past I was able to do that but the guy I talked to was insistent he said no it will mess up the kiosks and I'll get in trouble with upstairs or whatever. So the proof the numbers matter! I won't go back and if you are against technology taking over people's jobs I mean it's happening I see it all the time people are losing their jobs and they are sifting through listings most of them fake, soon The UPS store will not have these employees working there will be one employee working there while everyone does self-checkout kiosks. UPS is already taking away union workers for contract gig workers for drivers we are letting society do this and now we can't even refuse to use the self service which doesn't look easy or simple and looks like their can be error even if you don't care about the job market. So really disappointed that the store is pushing the kiosks! Rage against the machines literally!
