  Incredible staff! Came in to print a 11x14 landscape photo pic of my parents and the staff were far too kind. Lillian and Eden were very pleasant, and Dominic was very patient and resourceful.

  I had to ship out a depop package this morning and I mistakenly went into a UPS store instead of a USPS store. But, this really kind worker Lily helped me out and she didn’t make me feel embarrassed from making a mistake and pointing me the right direction very hearted young lady!

  Of all the UPS stores that I have been to for my small business I always come back to this one. Super friendly and helpful staff. I’ve never walked in without a smile and polite greeting from everyone that works here

  I had a bad experience because of a photo, at first I told him that I wanted it vertical and they told me that it was fine for almost a week they had me waiting for them to tell me that you can't be vertical if not vertical and by the way they charged me before telling me that I couldn't, they must be more organized and not waste the client's time.
