  I have been doing business at this UPS store for several years and the staff are always friendly, amazing, and very helpful. I highly recommend this location.

  The staff here are always pleasant and super helpful. The morning crew always helps me with my Amazon returns and any printing I need done. Not sure why others seem to be attacking the staff especially the girl in the wheelchair. She always helps me out when I come in and I see her helping other staff when they need it. I think some people in the area seem to have an issue with the disabled and elderly trying to make a living. I hope God helps them. If you need anything and you’re in Rivera Beach area this staff is there to help.

  Lady in the wheelchair was the worst. Complained about her job the whole time. Today it was the old lady with the humpback. An absolute BRAT! Complained the entire time about taking in Amazon returns. She asked everyone in line “ugh! Is that an Amazon return???!” Then mumble under her breath. The young lady with the glasses was very nice and professional. She’s the only reason I gave an extra star. It’s a weighted grading and your 2 worst employees brought you guys down.

  The Fort Smallwood UPS store, the staff are always friendly and always willing to help the customers no matter what nuances may transpire. They make it convenient and easy and no pressure whether if it’s a simple Amazon drop off, or your routine UPS shipping needs. Paige is one of many staff members there and they set the bar high to make you want to come back for their business and no other UPS store and of course no other shipping vendor. Thank you UPS for making our lives easier.
