  I’ve been coming to this location for years now and have never had any issues. I walked in with my family about 2 hours before closing and my 6 year old had to use the restroom plus we were walking in to buy food. I asked one of the employees if the restroom was open or if we needed a key and she said someone was in there at the moment to wait so we did and then the person that walked out with the key was another employee and my husband asked if she could give him the key to take my son to use the restroom she straight up said the restrooms are closed already with her back turned and walked into the back. She didn’t at least say it in a respectful manner. why are you closing the restrooms 2 hours before closing? It’s crazy. These employees are straight up rude and lazy. So I told my husband let’s go and we walked out. I saw a similar incident a month prior do to the restroom, at this location someone had asked them for the key and they were rude to the customer and the customer said they were handing out the key with the gloves they were using to make the food. So I should have learned from that day not to return but because I didn’t see it with my own eyes and saw the employee quickly change her gloves when the other customer was saying out loud that they was not being basically sanitary I decided to return but not no more. Hopefully the owner sees this review because you need to check that your employees are being clean and be at least respectful. I ended up going to a different location and food was better and the employees were nice and respectful.

  I always eat here. There’s always 3 laddies in specific that I see. Two older ladies and a young lady as there’s always two people working so it’s different shifts as I always come here often in the afternoon for my lunch break as they’re all very friendly and soft voiced. They always give me options to get from and even let me know if they have some sort of deal so that it can work out for me and my budget as I always get welcomed in nicely by them. They’re always nice to people, never have seen them talk to anyone rudely or roughly. I highly recommend this subway in specific. I love this place! ❤️

  They have the best customer service here. The Workers here are really nice. The cookies are the best!
