  I'm warning you not to ship with Fedex, especially this location. I should have known better with the 2 star review. I paid $251 for overnight shipping and my package for very important clients did not arrive. My instincts told me not to go here and to just go to UPS, just to save $20, and that was my big mistake. I haven't used Fedex in years for this same reason and decided to give them another chance, so right out of the gate on the first try back, my package is late, can't be found, and had to put in a claim. I will never in my entire life, use Fedex ever again. The most sorriest shipping company I have ever used.

  That makes sense, and it actually makes your review stronger. It distinguishes between the employee and the policy. A 2-star review with wording like this would be fair: I gave this location 2 stars because the employee who helped me was polite and professional. My frustration isn’t with him—it’s with the unexpected fee and the lack of transparency. I walked nearly 2 miles to this location because it was the closest (and essentially only) FedEx shipping location nearby. I arrived with my package already sealed, labeled, and prepaid. The only thing that needed to be done was scan the package and place it with the outgoing shipments. I was then told there would be a $4 charge just to accept the prepaid package because this FedEx location operates inside a hotel. That fee should be clearly disclosed on Google Maps, the FedEx website, or somewhere customers will see it before making the trip. I would have chosen another drop-off location had I known. Again, the employee was courteous, so this review is not a reflection of his customer service. It’s about the unexpected charge and the lack of transparency surrounding it.

  I wanted to mention the great experience I had today at this location. I came in and Kristofer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his patience and his customer service skills. Thank you again !

  They got my print order done quickly amidst a busy convention. They even cut some of my prints for me free of charge, which was really nice and saved me some time. Sure the prices are higher, but you're paying for the convenience.
