  It’s clean. It’s bright and they get you and get you out quick. The cashier assisted me and another customer pretty much at the same time. I was out within 5 minutes.

  Very poor customer service, employees are very rude and disrespectful. Really disappointed I think someone has to inform the owner or report to BBB.

  We had a very disappointing experience here. The guy standing at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had a very large box to drop off, and he instructed us where to put it. After we placed it there, he told us to put it on top of another box even though there was barely any space. My dad and I were clearly struggling to lift and position such a large box, and this employee just stood there watching us without offering any help. My dad is a heart patient, which made the situation even more concerning. Thankfully, another guy working in the back noticed that we were struggling and that someone could get hurt. He immediately came over and told us to leave the box and that he would take care of it. What made the experience even worse was that the guy at the front was laughing instead of helping. I saw a review posted by Robin that included a picture, and that is exactly the same employee I am talking about. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.
