  Service was fast. But, I was not greeted nor thanked. The young man worked with two customers simultaneously, which was awkward and felt too rushed. He was soley focused on slowing down checkout line. But, customer service skills are needed. There should also be someone helping him at the counter.

  Very poor customer service. They tried to charge $5 to print a return label for an Amazon return that should be free. Package Place printed it for me for free. Go to Package Place and support your small business instead. They are much nicer than this UPS location. To make things worst, the 2 light skin boys that worked at the UPS counter were rude about the $5 printing fee. They could have simply said, our apologies but it's $4.67 to print your return label. Instead they said if you don't like it, you can leave. Extremely poor customer service and lack of proper training. I will be taking my business elsewhere to Package Place instead. You really should have signs about your outrageous printing cost of $4.67 or train your employees better.

  Had an Amazon return packaged and ready to go. Needed a single piece of tape and I was sent away to have to go find tape to return the box. To go find tape elsewhere while in a pack and ship ship store?

  The representative tossed my package in a big bin....Very unprofessional...but.then again tattoos must be required to be hired.Not using this place again
