I went to this Cricket store in June to change the phone number on a new line. Right when I walked in, I told them what I needed. They said it would be a $15 fee — I said that was fine.
After that they made me wait 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes with no updates, they said they couldn’t help me unless the account holder was physically present or called in to authorize me.
Why didn’t they tell me this right away? I drove 30 minutes in the rain and waited 20 minutes for nothing. Other Cricket stores never required this — and they are much more helpful and professional.
This store is inefficient, unhelpful, and disrespectful of customers’ time. I’ll never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone.

This is going to sound weird but there's a lot of bugs in this location. Yes, insects. There's a gap between the glass and the wall to the outside of the building, probably a quarter of an inch so they crawl into the building. Figured building management should be aware of it since it's probably a security issue as well.
I wasn't wowed by the customer service here. Salesman said he couldn't help me with my account if I didn't know my pin number (I bought a phone for my mother, she forgot all the security info). I called customer service and they told me the guy inside could reset my account without issue because it's in my name. If the guy working inside knew that, I wouldn't have wasted 2 hours that day. Still never got my issue resolved. Not impressed.
