Imagine not knowing your own store policy, let alone math, and arguing with the customer about a used oil limit. When bringing 3, 5-qt jugs of oil, I was confronted by whoever said they were "the manager" and told me explicitly that I could only bring one five-quart jug in, despite, as shown in the picture attached to this review, I can bring in 5 gallons. The individual who claims he was the store manager then rudely dismissed me and said, "Okay, just since you're here, do it, I ain't got time...." and that I couldn't bring my other jug in, which would finish off my 5 gallons. Then calling corporate to get some clarification on their used oil recycling policy. Also, do not know, does anyone Advance Auto know their own policy, or they just make it up every day? Thankfully, this will be the last time I ever shop at the store.
I honestly don’t know how advance auto parts like this one are still in business. If it’s not the poor inventory, the incompetent, impatient, and rude employees.. AutoZone is the superior choice

Jay at Advanced Auto Works in Odenton is an absolute legend! He jumped right in and helped me track down my horn issue, replaced the fuse under the hood, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I even watched him hustling to assist multiple customers at once while staying patient and thorough with everyone. Top-notch service and a genuinely helpful guy. This place is lucky to have him—five stars all the way!

Jay and Mark were very helpful when my battery died. They were quick on pulling up what I needed based on my car and getting it. They also let me use their tools to put the battery in place and helped install it. Thank you Jay and Mark.
10/10 customer service. Big thank you to Spencer. He went above and beyond and helped me get my new wiper blades aswell as put them on in the rain! Thank you so much. Most definitely will be coming back.
