  I stayed here for one night before my other full week booking. I couldn't wait to get to the Ocean lol. Anyway we had a nice clean room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Free breakfast. Front desk Devin was awesome. They are a very relaxed and welcoming hotel.

  Breakfast was delicious 😋 The front desk are very accommodating, we came in late in the night to check in and they were so helpful.

  Evening was great with the exception of three rib which was jet and to deep for my husband who suffers from ostearthritis of the knees.

  If zero star option was available I would give them a zero. I tried to get a refund for this stay, but it was denied because I booked through a third party. The only resolution offered was a $55 credit toward a future reservation, which honestly did not make up for the experience we had. Some people may ask why I didn’t complain as soon as we checked in. The truth is, my husband and I were exhausted and just wanted to rest for the night. Unfortunately, we couldn’t even do that. Guests in nearby rooms were screaming and slamming doors throughout the night, so we barely slept at all. To make matters worse, the room was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. We were so disgusted that we didn’t even shower the next morning. When I complained before checking out, the receptionist only offered us a 15% discount at another nearby hotel or a different room. But honestly, if the first room looked like this, what confidence would we have in another one? I also contacted customer service, and they were no help at all. Because the weather was rainy and unpleasant, there was no way I was going to spend another night in those conditions, so we ended up paying for another hotel ourselves. Very disappointing experience overall. I would recommend saving your money and booking somewhere else.
