  I called to make sure that they made 11x17 copies and laminated. I was assured that they did but when I got to the store, there were 2 young and very inexperienced people working and they were not able to make a copy or to laminate. I was asked to come back tomorrow. Before staff should be left alone, they should be trained how to do all of the services that you provide. Not to ask the customer to come back when someone more experienced was working. After all it was just a copy and laminating.

  Bryanna (Bree)...Super Hero...she saved me $44 with an Amazon Return. She noted I had 2 items to return and only 1 code to scan. I thought the code was for both items...Wrong. If not for Bryanna asking me about the return I never would have caught my mistake and discovered a second email and code. And then Bree helped me get the second item processed in my Amazon Account for the return. Super Star she is!!!

  The employees are super helpful and took care of my returns also printing out new labels for each one, was in and out in 10 mins

  They charged $300 to ship a tiny package that weighed only 0.5 lb!! What a scam. I used DHL to ship a similar size package to costa rica and was only $50. Literally use any other service but this one. The fee didn’t even cover import duties which were $60 for a personal item! And zero communication without an email or text about it being stuck in customs for over a week, had to call them and they made me fill out another form they never mentioned when I shipped it. Never using this company again
