  They charged $300 to ship a tiny package that weighed only 0.5 lb!! What a scam. I used DHL to ship a similar size package to costa rica and was only $50. Literally use any other service but this one. The fee didn’t even cover import duties which were $60 for a personal item! And zero communication without an email or text about it being stuck in customs for over a week, had to call them and they made me fill out another form they never mentioned when I shipped it. Never using this company again

  Went to this location to have fingerprinting done for pre-employment. I specifically told the worker that the fingerprint scanner has trouble with my hands because I have a sweating disorder and that last time I had to get finger printed, we needed to call the customer service line so they could help us get a proper picture. He didn’t seem to register what I was telling him and submitted prints that will likely get rejected because he didn’t take the time to listen and understand what I was trying to tell himself. I specifically said multiple times that I needed this to be done right because it’s part of my employment pre-screening. Because he didn’t listen or take time to make sure things were done right, I’m now in a position where my pre-employment is going to be delayed

  I recently scheduled an appointment for EFT fingerprinting at this Northeast MD location through PrintScan, with the service being conducted inside a The UPS Store. The appointment was booked a day in advance through their online portal. When I arrived, the employee in the store was polite and attempted to begin the process. However, after multiple attempts, the fingerprinting machine was not functioning properly. The employee then called his manager, Kayla, on speakerphone to explain the issue. Her immediate response was to “tell him to come back tomorrow.” I explained that I had already taken time off work for this appointment and that returning the next day was not a reasonable solution—especially given the equipment was not working. I also requested a refund since the service could not be completed. I was told the machine is operated by a third-party company, leaving me without fingerprints, without a refund, and without a clear path to resolve the issue. The interaction with management was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, effort to resolve the situation, and competence. No alternative solutions were offered, and the responsibility was simply deflected. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location for fingerprinting services. Based on this experience, it would be worth driving further to a more reliable provider rather than risking wasted time and frustration here.

  For a person that just needs a drop off location I am thrilled with it. Much drama here because many people just don't know how to ship things... The only negative I can think of is no drop box for after hours. Maybe the neighborhood is the reason for that.
