  Disappointing experience. Despite the recommendation, I won't be back. They don't provide actual napkins—just a roll of bathroom-style paper towels, which is a mess when you're eating saucy food. To make matters worse, the straws are tiny (like coffee stirrers) and barely reach above the lid. For the price and the type of food served, I expected much better."

  They can't handle large orders. My Doordash driver originally delivered bag #2 of 2. She went back and got bag #1. The bag was greasy, the fries were iced cold and spilled in the bag, were missing 10 wings, there was grease on top of the containers. I called and was placed on permanent hold hung up called back and received the message that they were taking calls. I spent over $75 and I would like a satisfactory solution.
