I like to give credit where it's due when great service is provided. Mirna Torres gave me absolutely stellar, top-notch service when I stopped by for assistance. This was a breath of fresh air, as there has been heavy turnover here over the years, and I have unfortunately had far more bad experiences than good. Mirna completely turned that around and is a major asset to this team!

I went there today and a young African American lady assisted me with great customer service. The customer care phone customer service did not even assist me but this young lady did today with great customer service October 1st 2022 at 3:20 pm today. She is truly a great asset to the company. Thank you

I could possibly save more with another carrier but we are not interested in a contract at the moment. One of the staff members recognized our son was challenging. I think he said he has or had prior experience working with kids like him. His additional effort is what keeps my business.
