  I had a good & bad experience this is so upsetting for our community.Their manager such a nice young man really helpful he helped me alot but his employees are really useless so lazy and don’t respect orders. He deserves hard working employees these girls just sit around. And all so I can get good communication and correct info I had to ask for THE MANAGER because the employee dont know nothing. And I dont think its fair having a Man trying to guide them and since they are females it looks like they take advantage and dont obey orders . I witness when this skinny girl told him “no i dont wanna do it” in Spanish like i dont understand that racist and rude. BUTTT over all thanks to the manager . My company will be returning but cause of him . If not I wouldve been transferred . Pathetic.

  Wow, it's unbelievable! Yesterday I went to this Cricket location because I wanted to switch my line from T-Mobile to Cricket, and the two men there made a complete mess of my carrier switch. It's incredible how they ignored my request to process my phone using a promotional offer. They didn't even give me the iPhone 16E promotion and told me to come back. The point is, they gave me the phone accessories but not the promotion, so I returned with all the accessories. It was unfair, absurd, and stupid what they did to me. I mean, whether it's Monday or Sunday, which is today, I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this really bothered me. Please take precautions and hire more professional staff for this type of work. I hope everyone who visits this location doesn't have the same experience I did. I'm going to stick with Cricket and see how it goes.😢 the two person doing this on Saturday I think was Angel and Brian. I don’t know if they’re wrong with this person probably they are.

  My last visit to Cricket Wireless left me less than pleased. I did not receive the usual five star service I have grown accustomed to. The associate seemed like he didn't wish to be bothered and the sooner he got rid of me the better. A stark contrast to my previous visits. And not up to the high level of service I expected.
