i placed an order for pickup, a couple minutes later i seen that it had been voided. i replaced the order and went to the store. i sat in the car and my husband went in to pick up my 6” sub. he told me the lady initially said she wasn’t making it because they weren’t getting paid for my order because i used my 1,200 points for $6 off. my order total came to $1.05 that i had to pay twice. she was very rude and kept going back and forth with my husband. she ended up making my sub but continuously arguing with my husband about the sub. i called the store after we already left and he told me about it to speak to a manager about the issue. she was very rude on the phone, very dismissive and just kept complaining about if she kept having to accept orders like that she would have to close in a week. very awful experience. very disrespectful owner.

Horrible service. Never open on time and the phone number to the owner/store voicebox is full so you can’t even leave a message. Worst subway in the area. They managed to be worse than the Walmart subway.

Absolutely worse experience with subway. The guy behind the counter was giving me and my wife nasty looks the whole time we were there. I can only guess he's was not having a good day but you don't take that out on your customers, and don't get me started on the quality of the food the most pathetic subs Ive ever gotten, I'm a big one with tipping but with how poor the subs looked I didn't even wanna pay for what he was giving me, but my goal was just get my wife and kid home with something to eat. It will be a long time if ever before I even think about giving this location another chance.
