  Manager of store is very obnoxious and rude! Was not helpful at helping with my shipping questions and acted like it was an inconvenience to him. When I ask him for his name he said it’s my Right and my privilege to not give you my name. When I was trying to get detailed information he said it was not his problem and started calling me Karen which is not my name. If I could give a zero star for unprofessional service I would.

  The employee who helped me was courteous, friendly, and professional, so this review is not about the staff. My disappointment is with UPS Store’s policy of charging $6 just to tape a package closed. That’s an unreasonable fee for a few strips of tape, especially when the tape itself was thin and shredded easily. It feels like an unnecessary add-on charge rather than good customer service. UPS should reconsider this policy. Fees like this leave customers feeling overcharged and make them think twice about coming back.

  The employees here (as well as the owner) are all amazing! They are friendly and they get you in and out of there in seconds! I am there so frequently that they probably all know me by name!

  I don't think it's fair that the doors are closed 10 minutes early. If the posted closing time is 6:30, customers should be able to enter until 6:30, not 6:20.
