- KAKevin AspelmeierMay 25, 20265.0Went into the Pulaski Highway location for a new battery. The one I wanted was not in stock so they called the Eastern Blvd location for a will call. I went and picked it up but they would not install it because there were just two people there and one was a trainee. She said (guessing a manager) she could not leave the trainee in the store by himself. Hoping this was the truth or it could have been because it was raining. We left there and drove back to the Pulaski Highway location and they installed it happily in the rain and all. I feel terrible because I can't quite remember the guy's name (Darian, Davion?) but he was fantastic. Guys like him instill hope in me that brick and mortar retail is alive and well. Thank you.
