This store has long been a mess. After my last visit i simply can no longer support them as my parts house! As a professional business owner and operator I would never expect to walk into such place and see employees half naked!! Partially dressed for the fact it's a hundred degrees inside, because there are air conditioners Do Not Work! This is the second if not third summer commercial indoor AC were purchased, not properly installed, only recirculating the heat from ceiling to floor! Completely unacceptable. Im surprised the workers still show up. This place is long over due for a corporate visit. And not just to local management who have clearly not tended to these serious health issues. Often times there is one employee working the counter with multiple phones ringing and customers waiting. Meanwhile the fabulous , lol I say that jokingly, two commercial employees sit playing on their phones opposed to offer a helping hand to their teammates. I have seen some amazing parts people pass through this store over the years and somehow the two worst remain. Makes no sense! You come in early enough you can still smell the alcohol on Daves breath. He is often very condescending. And as for Chrissy, I won't even say nothing, because I have nothing nice to say! No longer can participate in spending my hard earned money in such filth. As a commercial customer, it should tell you something that I don't even use the commercial desk because of how much dislike there is for both characters there. I've watched plenty of employees bust their behind helping customers, stock shelves, unload whatever from the store backstock trucking area, juggle phones and people in the flesh with no help. It takes a special type of person to deal with this here commercial department. I suppose the only person or people to blame is those that kept this from higher ups while employees suffer.....and to think new stewardship took over a few years back. It's gonna be sad to see another store go under but it'll happen sooner or later and rightfully so! Hi-Ho O'reilly we go!

Went into the Pulaski Highway location for a new battery. The one I wanted was not in stock so they called the Eastern Blvd location for a will call. I went and picked it up but they would not install it because there were just two people there and one was a trainee. She said (guessing a manager) she could not leave the trainee in the store by himself. Hoping this was the truth or it could have been because it was raining. We left there and drove back to the Pulaski Highway location and they installed it happily in the rain and all. I feel terrible because I can't quite remember the guy's name (Darian, Davion?) but he was fantastic. Guys like him instill hope in me that brick and mortar retail is alive and well. Thank you.

Just for the record, I am in a wheelchair.
So I just need to buy oil at this advanced auto parts, and wow are the people inside so nice and helpful. I had a young lady help me get the oil a funnel and there was a free oil filter that I didn’t know about. When I got out of to car, I had trouble opening Where you put the oil in, she came out to help, and another gentleman came out after her because it was in a very bad place. He opened the oil cap, held the filter in place, and told me it would not be a problem if I accidentally got oil on his gloves. After it was all done, he wiped off the part of my engine with a rag that got oil on it , and put my oil cap on in a manner where I could actually get it off myself as the person who put it on before us, tightened it, like they were angry at the world. I would give this place, 100 out of 10 stars, the people are just out of this world . Thanks again advanced Auto for making this a very memorable trip.
