  Employees told me their management has refused them from letting customers access the bathroom. Never been to either a gas station or subway that had no restrooms... This is both and they don't. I didn't even think that was possible. 1st time for everything. 🤷

  The Mechanicsville Birdies has the best service and I love that they try to add new products to the locations. They all deserve a raise!

  Called ahead cause we were in a hurry. The guy that answered the phone didn’t know if they had soup or if I could order a sandwich ahead to be picked up. All he could say was, “ummmm”… get an education dude!

  The bread is always as hard as a rock. I paid for extra cheese and extra tomatoes, because I was getting multiple sandwiches I didn’t see them not put on the extra stuff but charge me. I’m so tired of this happening every time!
