  I went to subway to try the new protein pockets, I wanted banana peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes on my wrap. The employee at the location said the wraps only comes with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I told her I don't want pickles. She explained the wraps can't be customized. I said I don't want pickles, I'd like banana peppers. I said show me where it says on the wall, Can't be customized, and she couldn't, so I ended up leaving all the food!!!!! I'll go somewhere else and spend my money!!!! Update to this review: the photos of the wraps I wanted are advised with banana peppers!!!!! Another Update: as I was standing outside on the subway taking pictures of the flyer. The same employee came out and said you take pictures of us!!!! She is so rude!!! I'll be calling corporate next time. I asked her name she said I don't have a name!

  Employees are getting to know me. They also speak Spanish which is VERY Helpful. I order 2 Cold Cut subs. They fixed them just as I asked. I also got 2 dozen cookies. We love their Oatmeal Raisin, n Chocolate Chip cookies.

  Service was great as always sub was lacking meat tomato's tasted funny only 4 slices turkey. Very dissatisfied!!
