  Their delivery drivers steal packages. Claimed nobody was home to Receive a package that does not require a signature. That should have been left at the door. Took a picture of their hand blocking the camera for proof of delivery.

  Trash. I got a notification that my children’s place package was delivered, IF it was, it was delivered to the wrong address. Children’s Place says to call Fed ex, however I can’t even get ahold of customer service whatsoever. The chat box says it’s the shipper’s responsibility to create a claim but the shipper (Children’s place) keeps pointing back to a company (Fedex) in which I can’t speak with a real person, so I’m $300 short with no product and an email saying shipment was delivered. It’s really frustrating.

  This Fedex office has a big parking lot, a drop off box outside the front door, and an efficcient customer service lady - per my last time experience a couple of yrs ago. This office is not too far from my job and home, so I'm happy😊

  Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a shipping package, create a label and make small talk and ship my package in 10 minutes!. Definitely recommend this site

  I just had an unbelievable incident today (9/9/26). A FedEx delivery truck arrived at my home, and I was watching from my living room window. After sitting in the truck for a few minutes, the driver got out, placed a Door Tag on my door, and left—without ringing the doorbell or knocking. We were home the entire time, yet “Must be present for package delivery” was circled on the Door Tag. I’d really like to know what happened here.
