  Didn’t answer the phone at all tonight. 20 minute hold. Here’s why I won’t just pull up and order. Last time I went in to order, the young lady was struggling with the system. She didn’t actually send the order, so were sitting outside 20 minutes only to find out OOPS. Here’s why I wont order online. The time before that the “wings” weren’t sauced well at all. I ordered BBQ and it didn’t even look tossed looked like the sauce was dropped in there and then put in the bag. The fries were supposed to be cheese fries and there was no cheese and they weren’t well done like I noted or seasoned.

  Sitting watching them handle food with no gloves and I asked the young lady at the front (glasses and braids) if they wear gloves she says no. Absolutely disgusting. And then had the nerve to be rude about it! Im so appalled at the level of service. Fast food or not certain standards should be upheld, especially food safety ones.

  Tasty lemon 🍋 🌶 pepper wings (made with TLC), well-seasoned French fries 🍟 also (pix 📷)😋! I think their rating should be higher in my opinion, based on today's experience. Hard-working staff.

  Tried to make an order over the phone I was on hold for 40 minutes and wasn’t able to place it. I always place my orders over the phone at other locations and this has never happened. Wish I could give zero stars.
