    Tried to make an order over the phone I was on hold for 40 minutes and wasn’t able to place it. I always place my orders over the phone at other locations and this has never happened. Wish I could give zero stars.

    Either out of soda or ice. But will sell you the soda cup. And look at you crazy when you tell them the soda machine is not working. Workers are rude. I heard them cuss out people at the Top of their lungs. Any other business they would not tolerate that.

    My son and I went in to pick up our order and got screamed at by the 2 heavy set dark skinned girls at the counter. Said it wasn't her problem. Didn't get their names but they made both me and my son so uncomfortable along with everyone else sitting in there. Never again

    2 girls at the front register legit screamed at me and my mother tonight when we went in to pick up an order. Told me it wasn’t her problem. Wish I got their names but they literally screamed until I went out the door, making 2 other guests really uncomfortable. Horrible experience. So ghetto. Will never come to the Baltimore Ave one again because anytime you speak up there’s a confrontation here. Gross

    This place is disgusting. I feel like they dropped all of my wings on the floor and still cooked them and Delivered them. when they were delivered Not only was there mad chicken hair all over my chicken. There was human hair also all over my chicken. I don’t appreciate that especially as much money as I paid to get that delivered from online. I’m still waiting to hear back from the store. This was four days ago. I want my money back ASAP. UPDATE: 6/2/26 So I see the “owner” commented on this review but still have yet to contact me or refund my money for the disgusting business their employees give. They don’t wear gloves, their texting on their phones, air pods on their ears, dropping food and utensils on the floor and employees are picking them up with the same dirty hands they package food with. You don’t see anyone washing their hands. AND THE OWNER DOESN'T REALLY CARE ABOUT BAD SERVICE. THEY WILL COMMENT ON YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW AS IF THEY SATISFIED A CUSTOMER BUT THEY REALLY DID NOT EVEN CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. THAT LINK HE PUT IN HIS COMMENT WAS ALREADY FILLED OUT TWICE AND JUST DID IT AGAIN TODAY FOR THE THIRD TIME I STILL HAVE YET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS DISGUSTING FOOD I PAID FOR ON 5/10/26 WE ARE COMING UP ON A MONTH HERE WITH NO REPLY
