  My business has been operating for more than 6 years and UPS is who takes care of my logistics in the USA. I have tried many stores in the area of Laurel/Maryland City, and none have been as amazing as this UPS Store. As soon as it opened its doors to the public, I tried it once and never stopped coming here. I bring my packages every single week and I am always welcomed and treated with amazing customer service. Theresa and Jay are amazing. If you are looking for the best customer service in a UPS Store, trust me this is the one. Don't even try another one because you won't get it. Helpful, and they always go out of their way within their policies in order to help and get your things done. I'm deff not taking my business shipments no where else after finding this store.   I ship a lot of packages for my business every week, and this UPS store is my best ally. The customer service is excellent—the staff are very friendly—and it is truly one of the best UPS stores I have ever visited. Tere and Jay, thank you for your kindness.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store on Fort Meade Road in Laurel. I came in with what I consider to be a reasonable print job—40 copies for my company—and instead of being provided with helpful customer service, I was made to feel like I was the problem. The employee became flustered because she was unsure how to process the tax-exempt status for my company. She told me that I should have called ahead before coming in with a large print job, even though 40 copies does not seem like an unreasonable request for a business that provides printing services. Rather than simply taking a moment to figure out how to process the order or explaining the situation professionally, she became upset and ultimately blamed me for the situation. What was especially frustrating is that I was actually trying to bring business to this location. I would have been happy to continue using them for future company printing and recommending the store to others. Unfortunately, after the way I was treated—particularly by the owner's wife—I will not be returning or recommending this location when she is working. I understand that employees can have busy or stressful days, and I am always willing to be patient when someone needs help figuring something out. However, customers should not be made to feel like they are the problem because an employee is unfamiliar with how to use their own system. After being in business for three years, I would expect the staff to be able to handle a routine business printing request and tax-exempt transaction professionally. Very disappointing customer service, especially when I was genuinely trying to bring them repeat business.

  You can always guarantee delivery of your package. I have sent numerous packages and never once experienced a problem.

  Love this place! One stop shop for everything, personal and business related. Great products at affordable rates, and hands down awesome customer service. Jay and Theresa are Fantastic!!!
