- WDWhat Is Nicole DoingMay 18, 20261.0I almost switched to this ups for my PO Box Glad I didn’t They’ve been taping packages that you have an ups label for since they opened but today I went in with a box ready to ship that needed a piece of tape to close.. mans looks at me and says “alright who’s gonna tape that” I asked if they don’t tape anymore. He said no they charge $2….. 😒 It’s not the amount honestly it’s the fact that something that was free last week now feels like a cash grab in a society that’s already not in the best place. I don’t like that at all. I’ll just drive to others locations

The owner and staff are always incredibly kind, considerate, patient, and genuinely helpful. Every visit is smooth and stress-free because they truly care about their customers and always go above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent service and such wonderful people. Highly recommend!

They helped me print out my label (forgot to do that because I was in a hurry) & they nicely packaged the items I had to ship out. Best ups I have been to! They were so polite and helpful.
