Every employee I have interacted with is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different nuances with online return requirements. This location also has a self serve Amazon drop box thing that you can use if you want. I have never waited longer than 30 seconds because the staff is so efficient. I highly recommend this ups store!

It’s definitely the manager that is just taking advantage of people Every time I go there when he’s not there it’s fine but magically when he’s there everything is double in price. I just paid $3 for 3 labels printed not even a full week ago when he wasn’t there and today he tried to charge me $2.69 for one piece of paper printed. It’s truly not the money it’s just the principle of being so damn greedy that genuinely disgusts me — I’m I almost switched to this ups for my PO Box Glad I didn’t They’ve been taping packages that you have an ups label for since they opened but today I went in with a box ready to ship that needed a piece of tape to close.. mans looks at me and says “alright who’s gonna tape that” I asked if they don’t tape anymore. He said no they charge $2….. 😒 It’s not the amount honestly it’s the fact that something that was free last week now feels like a cash grab in a society that’s already not in the best place. I don’t like that at all. I’ll just drive to others locations
