  I stopped by Subway because I needed something to eat, and I was helped by a young Hispanic employee with reddish-copper hair and bangs. At first, I actually thought she was Asian because that’s what many people assume when they see her, but she told me she is Hispanic. She was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. She reminded me a lot of my daughter because she was quiet, respectful, and very sweet. Her positive attitude and good energy really stood out to me. I was so impressed with her customer service that I left her a tip. I’ve been back two more times since then, and each visit has been just as pleasant. I left a tip each time because she truly deserves it. She works hard, treats customers with kindness, and does an excellent job. It’s always nice to see a young person with such a great attitude and work ethic. She made my visits memorable, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

  I never do this because I try to be a nice guy and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but when I walk into a restaurant, I don’t need exquisite service but I really don’t need people staring at me like I’m walking in the place with a gun. To start I walk in and everybody’s just staring at me after I wait for five minutes because nobody’s at the front desk or at the counter so I’m just standing there and then when they finally do come, I say hi how are you and get zero response I just get stared at I order a half sub she created a full sub which is not a big deal. I only was going to get a half because I wasn’t that hungry but I will take a full sub that’s fine. The music in the place was very vulgar Hispanic music which personally I don’t have a problem with but as a restaurant, you should probably not have Spanish songs about having sex playing at a sub shop just my opinion I said thank you and have a good day two times to no response and I still tipped 30% gave them a four dollar tip for Awful service. Not really mad just kind of confused and frustrated. I’ve never been looked at like I was a crazy person in a subway but hey happy Friday there’s a first for everything.

  I had a great experience here! It was clean and the atmosphere was really nice. The girl with the ginger hair was very kind and friendly. She made my sandwich perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Great customer service I would definitely come back!

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Brenda. She was very friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. She worked quickly while still paying attention to detail and keeping a positive attitude with everyone. Employees like Brenda really make a difference and are the reason I’ll come back to this location. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

  They don't clean the tables off. The floor is dirt with spilled drinks and no patrons in the establish. Two workers just standing in the back. One of them should have at least cleaned the tables off. They were all dirty.
